Refund policy

NO refunds or exchanges. Wholly & Healed, is not liable for goods damaged or lost by USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL or other courier while in transit. To receive a refund for damaged, lost or stolen goods please contact shipping company who damaged, or lost the goods in transit. Wholly & Healed is not responsible for stolen goods once they are delivered. It is the responsibility as the consumer to retrieve your goods once item(s) are delivered. Wholly & Healed is not liable for goods sent to an incorrect mailing address. Please check and double check address / zip code. It is the responsibility of the consumer to enter the correct address. If you accidentally entered an incorrect address while placing your order, you have 24 hours to contact Wholly & Healed via email with the corrected address and your order number.  

Disclaimer: While we mostly have a strict no return, no exchange policy as we most products are made fresh to order for personal use and we double check and ensure our products. We are a small business and our business means everything to us we also have a great deal of integrity and want to make every order right. So if you notice there is a quality issue with your order, please email whollyandhealed@gmail.com  with your issue or concern. If exchange is approved, and you are certain wasn't a shipping issue, you will be asked please mail product back within 48hrs of approval for quality inspection. Item(s) must be received in a timely matter for an exchange. Wholly & Healed is not responsible for costs incurred for exchanges. Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of consumer. 

Please note that ALL items sold at Wholly & Healed are final sale and since mostly handmade and made to order, items may be limited in stock and no longer available if you choose to re-order after the matter is handled by you and shipping company.
