For generations women have carried emotional pain, grief, and trauma in their bodies without spaces to safely release it.

The Sweet Surrender is a sacred healing circle designed to guide women through emotional and energetic release while reconnecting with the wisdom of the womb.

During this immersive 5-hour workshop & ceremony you will experience:

• Breath work and womb meditation
• Fire release ceremony
• Mirror work and truth affirmations
• Womb education and self-massage
• Salt foot washing ritual
• Inner child and ancestral reflection
• 22-minute sound bath healing

Each participant will receive a curated healing gift bag and lunch will be served.

This experience is limited to 22 women to maintain an intimate and supportive healing container.
